You will be met at Victoria Falls Airport on your arrival and transferred to your lodge/ hotel where you will stay for the next two nights. Welcome to Victoria Falls. Welcome to Zimbabwe.
When you’re there: Of course the most obvious thing you will do while here is to go see the falls. We recommend in the early morning or late afternoon. At these times there are less people in the rain forest and the lighting is great for photographs. Two nights gives you one full day to explore and enjoy activities, of which there are many. Go white water rafting or bunji jumping if you are an adrenaline seeker. If you prefer to take it easy and simply enjoy the area, go on a Zambezi boat cruise, explore the buzz and markets of Victoria Falls town or enjoy a game drive in the surrounding reserves.
Ask at reception to assist in booking activities, any necessary transfers and recommendations on where to go for dinner. Try the Boma Restaurant for local flair and authentic cuisine or go on a dinner boat cruise which is a special experience not to be missed. You’re here for two nights, do both.

Batonka Guest Lodge
Your next few nights are spent in Hwange National Park. This is Zimbabwe’s most popular game park and with good reason. You will spend a total of 4 nights here in two different camps. Today you are on your way to Hwange Bush Camp.
If time allows you can still enjoy a last activity this morning. You will be advised of your transfer time, which depends on the time your flight is arranged.
On the way: Transfer by road to the Victoria Falls Airport. Meet with your pilot and you will take to the skies heading to the Robins Airstrip. From here you will be collected by your lodge guide and taken to Hwange Bush Camp. It’s a 30 minute transfer, which is really more of a game drive. So the game viewing begins…
When you’re there: Enjoy two nights in the wilderness. Your stay is fully inclusive and includes your scheduled camp activities. You’ll be enjoying day and night drives as well as walking safaris and, of course, incredible sundowners.
There’s loads of big game out here. Elephant and buffalo in huge numbers. Look out too for big cats and wild dog, there’s plenty plains game on which they prey.
A walk to the natural springs in the area is a special highlight. We could tell you all about it, but we’ll leave it for you to discover.
